I'm Krishna Soni, founder and CEO of Kri Zek, working out of Jaipur.
I spent four years as a game developer before starting the company, and the whole time I kept running into the same thing: games are the most sophisticated behavioral instruments ever built, and nobody treats them that way. Every decision inside a game is a projection of the mind making it. How you allocate scarce resources. How fast you abandon a failing strategy. How long it takes you to recover after a loss. Conventional cognitive testing measures none of this well, because the moment someone knows they are being tested, the behavior stops being real.
So I wrote the book, published the research, and built the algorithm.
Kri Zek runs across two entities, KRI ZEK LLC in Delaware and Krizek India Private Limited in Jaipur, and the work splits three ways: Altered Brilliance as the product, tGiX™ as the measurement layer underneath it, and Codename TGX-1 as the model being trained on what that layer collects.
